How do I return or exchange an item?

Refund/Return Policy:

CLOSEOUT and END OF YEAR SALE PRICED items are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. Items may be exchanged for a different size or color if available and all shipping charges (to and from PULSE) are the responsibility of the customer.

We believe in "Good Shopping Kharma" and ask that you please be considerate, honest and reasonable with your product returns. We are a small business and product returns have a more lethal effect on us than they do on the big manufacturers or retail chains. But we are committed to providing the highest quality products with the highest quality service to our customers and we will listen to your feedback so that we can continuously improve. The last thing we want is to leave you unhappy with our products or our service.
In the event that you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and packaging. For exchanges, PULSE Activewear will ship the exchange item for FREE via Priority Mail to expedite the exchange process. Exchange shipping cost coverage by PULSE Activewear applies to USA orders only.
Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging with all original hang tags intact. Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
NOTE: For complete safety of our customers, we will not accept returns on any women's or men's underwear bottoms.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
  • within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (after 30 days no returns are allowed)
  • must not be a special order or a custom order
  • unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 30 days noted in that item's particular item description.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
Exchange or Return Process:
  1. Simply call the number below or email us and we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
  2. The customer is responsible for packaging and shipping the product back to PULSE Activewear at the address listed below. For the most economic shipping, we recommend using USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate. You can pick up USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes for free at your local US Post Office. NOTE: Please put the RMA# on the shipping label.
  3. If you are exchanging an item, upon receipt of your package, PULSE Activewear will ship out your new item at no additional cost to you (i.e., we will pay for Priority Mail shipping to you).
  4. If you are returning an item, upon receipt of your package, PULSE Activewear will fully inspect your item. After passing inspection, PULSE Activewear will issue a full refund to you.
